Lisa - on this gloomy Monday morning, I read your entry and I ache - for you, for your family, for our yoga community and for me. More than any of my life routines, I miss my Monday morning 8AM yoga class with you the most. It was always the best start of my week; the revving up of my engines (mind/body/spirit) and the feeling that whatever the next hour, day or week presented, I felt empowered knowing that I started my life on a Monday morning energized and optimistic! And, most weeks, I was grateful to end my week with your Friday morning 8AM yoga with weights class. Lisa, you alone enabled those feelings, that physical strength and camaraderie among us "regulars" - your soft-spoken, consistent and surprisingly strong routines that often ended in a beautiful song - you alone made that happen. I can't wait to be a part of your "new and improved" Monday morning routine - when it's time. Until then, I am grateful for the memories of my best Monday mornings with Lisa - our giving, courageous, selfless, powerful and loving Lisa.
