Hi Lisa. I am so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Our son was diagnosed with non Hodgkins Lymphoma about three years ago and went through similar treatment to what you have described. Today he continues to be cancer free and I believe prayer did have a lot to do with his recovery. I remember those long days of treatment and I hope you will give yourself permission to just “be.” Treat yourself kindly and give your body the rest it will need to recover after each treatment. I will be thinking of you on the 28th and praying for you as you receive your treatment. ❤️
Hello Everyone.
Just wanted to thank everyone that sent a message of encouragement. I am blessed to have you all in my life. I will be reading these messages tomorrow during my treatment. It will be a long day but your notes will help me a lot. I got my port put in yesterday and all went well. A little tired today but getting good rest at camp.
I will be updating everyone over the weekend as I rebuild my immune system back. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart!
My sweet niece, you have the heart and spirit of an angel. You also have the will power and strength of the mightiest of storms. You with blow through this leaving cancers path of destruction behind you. Your family and friends who love you so very much, will also be there supporting you and praying for you.
