So sorry about the loss of such a spectacular woman and it hurts me so much to think of her close family...her husband and most of all her children. I have two kids of my own and the thought makes me shudder. I hope Lisa's positivity will continue to grow on within her kids and I'm sure they will be able to keep her memory alive with them in everything they do and accomplish. My heart goes out to the family in the most deepest of ways and I will always remember Lisa's bright and enchanting smile....♥️

Thank you for sharing, I knew Lisa only for a few years through Yorkview PS parent council, but one didn't have to know Lisa long to appreciate her infectious smile, and helpful and generous nature. She will be missed, the community mourns her loss.

I was really hoping for the promise of hearing an update (s) before this post of Lisa’s passing, but thankful for this post. May her family feel the love from others. May Lisa’s bright light always shine. She was such an inspiration and I’ll really miss her posts here❤️

I hope she had a peaceful passing with Matt at her side and that she is truly at peace now. A lovely, positive, kind and caring woman. The world will miss her. My heartfelt condolences to Matt Jakob and Ava and their extended family.
