I am curious to know what dietary changes you've made as I too am making changes due to my immune deficiency and connective tissue disease.
Praising God with you on these reports! Inflammation is tricky. In an OAT test for my daughter, much to our surprise, her oxalate level was sky high. Oxalates? That was new to me. It’s not well understood by most medical professionals. I’ll send Joe information on a FB group with the world expert on oxalates as a moderator and where lots of information and research is posted. Oxalates may be irrelevant here or just something interesting to learn about, but in case there is any relevance to inflammation, I’d be amiss not to share.
