Journal entry by Sarah Allard

I have now been home over a week and have seen all the therapists. This coming week I see PT, OT, and the Nurse 2 times and I have speech 3 times which I need the most practice in. I am enjoying the great weather we have had the last couple days. One of the toughest things I am going through now is vertigo. I thought I was really dizzy in the beginning when everything I saw was moving but now I am the one moving and it feels like I am on a terrible ride and I have to hold on to something sturdy or I would fall. I hope to work with a therapist that is certified in vestibular therapy  to help. I have heard there are ways to fix the vertigo and I can’t wait:). Ready to start week 2 of therapy.
