My prayers and wishes for your family is that this is just a chapter, and soon enough, your struggles will be at the same level as anyone else's. This right here is a higher level, and I see all the work and love you put into what needs to happen and your sweet child. I'm sure it's absolutely exhausting and overwhelming, and I hope you're able to do what's needed to not burnout. It isn't fair that your family, especially him, have to go through this. It's incredibly challenging and cruel. But while no one can control what happens, we can control how we respond, and you seem to be responding wonderfully, with a lot of hope, optimism, love, and strength. Not everyone would do as well, and obviously it not a competition, but it must be comforting to find you're a real life super hero. And he seems to be able to find joy amidst all the trouble, what a strong resilient boy!! Best wishes!
(I wasn't going to comment because I think I end up saying stupid things, but Carebridge shows "A quick comment, no matter the situation (positive or negative), can boost morale by 28.2%" so I figured that even if my well intentioned comment ends up being negative, at least it'll boost morale, lol.
