Congratulations on your scan! And Covid….I have managed to avoid it so far but have also avoided going anywhere maskless—so still only outdoor restaurants—and there are only a few of those in MurKY.
Love the art you have been posting on social media! And I so admire the work you are doing for lung cancer research. I hope your fatigue will ease and not cut into your activities too much. I have so much admiration for you! Have a great summer.

I'm absolutely thrilled to hear of your (overall!) good health news and am so, so grateful for the effective care you have both received-- and (of equal importance) given to yourself. Long before any of this came to light-- way back when we were both writers in residence at the glorious Rivendall Writers Retreat-- we joyfully exchanged ideas over morning coffee or evening gatherings. I continue to treasure that time with you and all writers in residence across that period. May we all look to the good, celebrate the moment, and stay close to the healing power of the arts. I promise I will do the same. Much love to you and John. <3 Caroline Cooper

Yay for clear scans!

Naps are good. Yay for naps!

Seriously, napping is probably the best thing you can do to give your body as much healing time as it needs to re-regulate after COVID.
