Wow! You have been on some interesting journeys this summer! I loved the music you sent this past month and your commentary about the New Yorker’s review of “White Fragility”.
I’m hoping you continue to enjoy a robust quality of life and that we see each other soon . Thinking of you ❤️

I love hearing about your travels and I'm glad things are on a steady course so that you can enjoy them.

I'm not sure if the same applies to hot flashes caused by radiation act the same way as hot flashes caused by menopause but I've found that any time I'm even slightly anxious (like remembering that I forgot something not-very-important), I get a hot flash. So I have to do a little mini-meditation to calm my brain down. Maybe it would work for the radiation kind too?

I listened to that Tanya Tucker release and really liked it. I'd love to see some sort of combo of Tanya Tucker, Roseanne Cash, and Brandi Carlile (with a little Bonnie Raitt thrown in).

Sending you love xoxo
