Hi Dear Family and Friends,
Les has entered the Gates of Heaven, and “ran into the arms of Jesus.” He passed at 7:57 this morning surrounded by his loving family at Sanford Hospice. Les was a strong and wonderful fighter until the end, and he passed peacefully.
We have set the funeral and visitation plans already. The visitation will be Friday September 24th from 4:00-6:00pm at Concordia Lutheran Church Chapel in Crosby, ND. There will be a family service following visitation at 7:00pm.
The funeral will be on Saturday September 25th at 11:00am at Concordia Lutheran in Crosby, ND, followed by a lunch. Burial will be at Bethlehem Cemetery in Plummer Township.
The Hall Family can not express enough gratitude for the outpouring of support, love, cards, messages, food, helpfulness, and prayers that have been extended to our family. They all mean so much to us, and have helped us through managing these last months and days that we shared with Les.
I, Tessa, am amazed at the love, compassion and selflessness that Kathy and the Boys have shown to each other and to Les in these finals days. We are a strong family, and while the absence of Les hurts and there will be sad days ahead, we know that his spirit will be with us everyday, walking with us in everything we do.
We lost an incredibly wonderful, loving, and hard-working man today. May he Rest now knowing he has no more pain, no more cancer, and he was welcomed by so many at Heavens Gates.
