Leone has been sick since a week or so before Easter and was just really lacking energy. She finally went into the hospital about a month ago, and they found that her liver was failing due to some gal stones. Under further inspection they found that she has cancer in her gal bladder and that it is situated in such a way that they will not be able to remove it. So they have now put her on hospice and give her a few days to a few weeks. We were not prepared to loose her or personal care for her, but felt that she should be where she wants to be, and that is home. We are doing our best to care for her and are starting to get a bit burnt out. There for we are asking for help. She has declared since coming home. But is mentally still with us. She has little to no energy, which means about the only thing she can do for herself is chew her food. Some days are better than other, but she sleeps 99% of her day.
