Len’s Story

Site created on November 3, 2023

On the evening of October 30th, 2023 Len was involved in a life altering car accident. The vehicle lost control on the icy roads going around a curve. The vehicle hit a telephone pole and Len was ejected. Len broke almost all of his ribs, five of the ribs are broken in two places, both of his lungs collapsed, broken sternum, broke two vertebrates in his back, fractured hip and pelvis and broken leg. Currently he at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale on a ventilator and has three tubes in his lungs to help him breathe. They are trying to get him stable enough before they can do anymore testing to see the extent damage as well as getting him into surgery on his back as soon as possible.  For those of you who know Len know how big his heart is and how he would go out of his way to help anyone in anyway he can. Now it is our turn to help him, please keep him in your thoughts and prayers as he needs all that he can get. Len has a long road to recovery but we know if anyone can make it threw this it is him, he has already proven miracles by still being with us now.  We will continue to post updates as well as give more information for anyone who would like to help.
