We are so sorry to hear about Mrs. Lee passing. I wish we would have had the chance to see her one last time. We will cherish all the great memories we have of her at church, lunch gatherings, our daughter's 4-year birthday party. Most important of all the last family picture and text message received from her back in Dec. 30, 2021. She was celebrating with her family belated Christmas and early New Year. I am glad our surprise roses arrived on that special day to help decorate her table and the bear to keep them company as she stated. What gives us comfort is knowing that she is in a better place, where there is no more suffering and pain. We send our most sincere condolences to Mr. Eric and family.
We pray for God to give them strength, and acceptance during these difficult times. Just know that we are a call away, if needed!
Love

How many times have we thought we really need to call or drop a note to someone only to find it is no longer possible? How could we lose that chance? Our own day-to-day cares and “needs” seem to take all of our attention. Our prayers to God are that each time the thoughts of others come to us He will let them feel the love we’re sending their way. God has gained an angel that we were privileged to know and love. Dearest Eric and family, we are so very sorry.
Lee said to me once, "I look forward to being somewhere peaceful where I'll see people I love who are already there." I know Dane and Vicki and Faith were there at the gates to help welcome her home.
Lee was such a wonderful woman, such a strong example of living out the Christian faith in action. She just seemed to know when something was wrong, when someone needed help and healing, and she gave that help freely and gladly. I know she found fulfillment in being involved with other people; in helping them how she could. (Not to mention helping all the many many animals!!!!)
What an incredible role model she was for me, and for so many others, of what it looks like to search out God's will and propose for your life, and to continually, every day in both big and small ways, serve this heart-broken world in the name of Jesus Christ.
Sending prayers and love to all of you, especially Eric and Owen and Edie. She loved you most of all and would leap tall buildings in a single bound for you. Thank you for sharing Lee with the rest of us. ♥️
I am so sorry to read this news. What a very special lady and one of our very favorite guests at The Buck House Inn. So many sweet memories. I know she is celebrating her complete healing in Heaven with Vickie and others and I’m sure she is surrounded by lots of kitties. We will be praying for each of you in this difficult time.
We’re so sorry for the loss of your precious mom. She was always so sweet to our family, and we know how much she loved each of you. We enjoyed hearing stories of her work with Salvation Army, and we know her life has blessed so many. We’ll keep you all in our prayers and are thankful she is now healed and in peace. 💐
Love,
Andrew and Heather Ivester and family
