Newest Update

Journal entry by Sue & Lee Dempsey

Hello everyone:

Just a quick update since nothing much is new. Which is good!

Lee is managing well, finished another round of chemo this past Monday, and is busy these days organizing his fishing gear, going through his studio and listening to his audio books. He is frustrated at times, of course, but almost always has a positive attitude. And a smile on his face.

COVID is the pits for all of us, that's for sure. We would be doing so many things differently without it and so would everyone else. But the cliche is so true, it is what it is....

Our special bright spot this week is having our 10 year old granddaughter with us. We are working on a miniatures project, planting succulents, doing homework (NOT Paisley's favorite) and enjoying each other's company. And, as with most pre-teen girls, there is never-ending conversation! It's a kick!!

Cheers,
Sue and Lee
