I had PeriPartum Cardiomyopathy in 2002 & lived with it until 2021 when I had a heart transplant.

Journal entry by Leah Przedwiecki

So this am, first thing I do is hop onto MyChart & reached out to my kidney dr & my heart team (like a good little patient I am 😇 ). Well .... instead of me trying to explain what the kidney dr said, I just screenshotted it & will attach where the memes usually are. For now, I'm not opting to go a urologist since my team's taking me off a med. At the moment, I just want to see if that works. 😬

There's another picture but unforuntatlly it won't load. So this comes after the first note from the kidney dr's office.:"He wanted to let you kow that dehydration cannot be diagnosed based on a kidney ultrasound so there may be a misunderstanding. He did say that your kidney numbers can fluctuate when you have an infection particularly when it is in the urinary tract."
