Fantastic! I also doubt they will need phase three trials. Do you know if the same methods used for cytokine release inflammation in CAR-T is applicable to Covid-19 patients who have a similar horrible response??

Fantastic news about the results of the trial - 80% achieved remission?!!! I'm only a layperson but that sounds like a 5-standard deviation result to me. So sorry you experienced such extreme side-effects, but you're turning lemons into lemonade by helping the researchers and MDs learn how to manage (and prevent) them. Here's to good news, especially with respect to medical treatments!
