I so admire how you are dealing with those demons, Laurie. I'd think that just recording them in a journal gave you some sense of control over them.

Want to hike with me tomorrow as part of your training??

It is interesting to hear about the difference between nightmares and hallucinations. How much courage it must take then to "return to the scene" then. So glad to read your voice. Sending up prayers. <3

What scary hallucinations you had ! I guess they’re different from a nightmare, since they occur when you’re awake. So powerful that you kept a journal of them and are now working on facing down those demons. As a fellow NHL person, I’m so happy to see your news about remission following CAR-T

FWIW, I think it's a great idea to visit the actual locations (to the extent you can) that played a role in your hallucinations. Doesn't take a genius to note that many of them involve you being high up somewhere (a 50-ft tower of empty boxes, a balcony, hotel high rises) - all with dangerous implications. As part of the book you will (I hope) write about your experience, it would be interesting to talk to an expert in the field about the neurological differences between dreams and hallucinations.

P.S. I think Julian Assange's ego is too big to be neutralized by conventional weapons and tactics.
