"Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it." - Helen Keller
You are always in my thoughts and prayers Laura. You will overcome and thrive.
Love and hugs from your wired4life sister in Canada.
My Dearest Laura,
After having met you and your Mom in 2007, I said at that time, the girl always has a smile on her face. How you do I understand, we dont have an option but to be optimistic in our journeys, but you have been given the ultimate journey. You are so brave and strong and always continue to support your friends and the joy in life.
We pray for you that things went well surgery day and during the intubation period. We will continue to pray for you , your family and the team caring for you. We will watch for updates as you move through this, come out the other side so you can reach your goal of becoming a Doctor. God Bless you darling..
Love and prayers from Kathy, Chris(your roomie in LIJH),Dana and Melanie from Omaha Nebraska. Take care of yourself Diana, I know how much this hurts to see your daughter have to endure surgery after surgery. xoxo Kathy
I read a quote not that long ago that really stuck with me and I think it will really strike you too. "Tell your mountain about your God"
Praying so hard for you, Laura! You are braver than most and are so past due for a break. Here's hoping this team will deliver it to you. So much love sweetheart.
Rob and i think of you guys so often and pray that this journey will be behind you soon. That God will be merciful and heal you! We pray that you feel God's presence every step of your journey. We pray that the recovery is straight forward with NO complications. We pray that the doctors will be compassionate and full of knowledge during this whole process. Please keep us updated as to how we can specifically pray for you all. God Bless, Rob and Jan DeGruy
