This was a lot, so much to process. I'm glad you are writing out some of this because there was just so much information jammed into those appointments that it will be useful for your family as you make decisions moving forward. I too struggle with desk eating and eating my feelings. I would love to hear more about what you learned and how I can be a part of your support team as you make one small change at a time and turn it into a habit.
