Journal entry by Lindy Neuhaus —
Yesterday, April 21, we went back to the heart failure specialist. Larry’s heart has improved/ become stronger. The meds are doing their jobs.
Every day is different as to his energy level, but we are thrilled that the results of his last echocardiogram were promising. The doctor was very impressed with his results.
The best part was that after wearing his defibrillator vest 24 hours a day, for 3months, the doc said he felt he would be safe with out it. Larry was very happy to get rid of his “bra” as he named it. And the man purse (Battery pack).
Larry will continue the protocol of meds with adjustments from time to time. But he is going in the right direction. Next appointment in July. Thanks be to God.
Thanks for your thoughts, prayers and support.
Love, Nurse Lindy
