Journal entry by Adam Schaffer

T.A. here- as I never quite figured out how to make myself an authorized user and was not in any shape to be one for so long!
To all of you that have sent love and so much support, family and friends alike,
I truly do not know where to begin, and why I kept the previous note so short.  Another near death experience has left me with tears of joy and so open to life.  Being a some-what introvert-this experience has pulled me out of myself to see how much love we have around us if we are not afraid to accept it. I was not afraid to accept it and will carry it with me for the rest of my life, even if the day to day challenges command my attention, as it does.
I will be going into the Massey Center for blood work every 3 months for 2 years. Once it has been 5 yrs. then you are considered out of the RED zone. I will be diligent and its not quite over but I think its safe to say we are breathing easier and feeling much lighter!
And on a much lighter note, my hair is like peach fuzz and I can't stop touching it! Good-bye Earl (we'll pack a lunch!) and stay far far away!
We can not say Thank you enough for all of your support! Love, love, love to you all!!!
