Thanks for the update, Ali, and I was thinking of Kevin and the rest of your family as I ran 13 miles the other day. I have absolutely no reason to complain as so many folks (both children and adults) have to bust their butts just to get out of bed every morning. I know you’d rather not be the reason for the inspiration, but I hope that knowing how many folks your family inspire gives you some comfort. #LaCosteStrong #BostonHope #BostonStrong xo carol

I am impressed with your determination, Kevin!! Glad you got your "26" in one way or anther!! I have been cleaning out our file cabinet. Came across your Thank You after spending time with me in my classroom at Fisher Hill in Orange! You said that visit helped you decide that you wanted to pursue your degree in Elem. Teaching! And look at where you went with that!! I knew you would be an excellent teacher and now you've topped it with being a loved and dedicated principal!! You are in my prayers along with your family. Stay well and keep gaining!!

Kevin and Ali, It's so nice to hear you share your very personal story. It sounds to me like the movement that you are working on currently is amazing! I'm so happy to hear that you are able to do 26 of these and 26 of those! It may seem so small in comparison to last year's running, but we all know that it's so big when you look at where you've come from! I'm sending positive thoughts and prayers your way. I'm thinking of you often. LaCoste Strong!

You have accomplished so much, Kevin, and you continue to be the best that you can be!
This is what you have always done. I am so proud to know you as my boss, an extremely caring one, and
as my friend. Keep up the good fight, Kevin! You’ve got this, with your army behind you!
Much love,

As Lori Statement, You are such an Inspiration! It's amazing to read that you were able to do these exercises! I can definitely see you one day showing everyone that you can do more than curls and crunches! I hope to read one day that you took a few steps!! And I know with your will power-you will achieve it! Hats off to both of you!
Sometimes we wonder why we have to go through these tough challenges in life. But I have personally learned that it is only because of these challenges that we were able to portray our full strength and ability that we have in us! Keep challenging and you will get there!

What you accomplished in the Boston Marathon was amazing but what you are accomplishing in life is much more amazing! You are such an inspiration to so many of us, and taught us to appreciate the gifts of mobility that we have and not take anything for granted. Keep fighting the good fights LaCoste family!
