Journal entry by Zuzanna Waz

After 3 weeks, my mom has been discharged from the hospital! Everything is looking good, and there are no acute symptoms from the transplant. She'll be coming in to the hospital a couple times a week to monitor her levels. The journey isn't over yet - it take several months to years to know that the transplant was fully accepted.

Krysia is in high spirits. We were expecting her chemo side effects to be like the ones before, but we were pleasantly surprised that everything went smoothly. It was obvious in this situation that she is in God's hands and Mary's protection.

That being said, if anyone would like to visit, masks are a must 😷 Because of the anti-rejection medication, she is immuno-compromised.

Thank you for your prayers and continued support ❤️❤️❤️
