Pre-Service Ceremony

11:30 am – 12:15 pm    Funeral Procession and the “Crossing of the Ladder Trucks” Presentation

The funeral procession and crossing of the ladder trucks are both a ceremonial honoring of a fallen firefighter. It is a ceremony that will require the parking lot and entrance to be closed to cars but open for participates to watch. To watch this ceremony you will need to be parked prior to 11:30 am.

Parking Instructions:

11:30 -12:15 pm         Entrance and parking is CLOSED

The parking lot and entrance to Overlake will be closed during the processional and “Crossing of the Ladders”. 

Memorial Service

12:15 pm – 12:45 pm   Arrival and Parking

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm       Memorial Service in the Overlake Sanctuary

Post-Service

3:00 pm – 3:45 pm       Cookie Reception at Overlake
