Kristen! Your amazing post brought me to tears. It has been said that it is always darkest before the dawn, and indeed God did enlighten you by helping you recognize how hard your body is fighting for and with you! I also love that you said, “God was telling me something, and I was listening.” Wow. He speaks to us all the time, but it can often be difficult to hear Him and maybe even easier to blame Him. My prayer is that you keep believing, trusting, fighting, and listening- you are an inspiration!
