At the beginning of this month, my mom received news that nobody is prepared for.  A mass was found on the head of her pancreas along with liver involvement. We immediately reached out to several contacts to get things started and get my mom the absolute best care we could find, that being UPMC. We are moving forward and starting this page to keep everyone that loves my mom informed with what is going on.  Everyone’s texts, calls, voicemails, well wishes, and prayers are so appreciated, but we are all still processing this as well and are using this page to keep all of you up to date with what we know. Please know that we appreciate everyone reaching out, even when we may not respond promptly.  Use this page to write messages, prayers, and to follow along on my mom’s fight.

Answered prayer update!

Wow did God really answer a prayer quick! Just got a message that insurance has approved one of the new medications for mom to start and will be sent to us this week. I just wanted to share so that everyone can see how powerful their prayers for us were yesterday. You all are so awesome! 

Keep praying for some other approvals and for quick results from these new medications.
