Kristen, your approach to life has inspired me vastly since the day I met you and the inspiration and love grow exponentially every time we meet. You are a born leader and teacher, it seems to me...
Thanks for the shout out to the work!

I’m happy to share about how it’s different from talk therapy and even from EMDR. I’m thrilled to be on team Carter and would do anything for you all, Lady K.

Hormone therapy. Excellent. If your track record is any indication you will not only respond well but you will set the bar for what responding well should be.

I wanted to highly recommend this book: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_1_11?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=anti-cancer+a+new+way+of+life+by+david+servan-schreiber&sprefix=anti-cancer%2Cstripbooks%2C393&crid=SXHIFLSYQ5KA

It's available on audio books, too, I think. It is both the outstanding story of the author (a cancer research and medical doctor) and a practical guideline for understanding, treating and preventing cancer--where possible, and in coordination with appropriate medical interventions--through managing environmental toxins and boosting your immune system. Absolutely stellar book--even for those who've never had cancer.

Sending you my best juju and waiting with baited breath to hear how your new therapy treats you. xoxo

Sounds good that they're recommending this as an alternative chemo treatment, Kristen. I'm sure you 'll be one of the 70%! The trauma work sounds great - amazing that it's working so quickly. Your thoughts on how cancer affects you/will affect you are so apt and your ability to see the positive in all this is really incredible. Onwards and upwards, friend! xxx
