I am with you in spirit Kris! I remember when I was in labor someone told me you dont have to push more than 25 times. That really helped me so I focused on where I was ...and they were right...it was 19 times...and that was 30 years ago tomorrow! Mentally focus on your favorite thing...like a hike near your home that you love, and mentally focus on doing that in you head. It might help! Love love and more love.
