What a lovely day! Thanks for sharing. And thanks for the turmeric and melatonin tips. I had a horribly unpalatable liquid curcumin concoction, so it's good to know there's an alternative! Switching home light bulbs from white to warm light also helps with melatonin, I believe.
Please ask your gurus about organic apple cider vinegar (with the 'mother') to correct the body's PH for cancer prevention and also about sugar (which apparently feeds cancer cells and causes carcinogenic inflammation). Relatively easy life adjustments, I've found.
