Kris, You are one amazing woman! You inspire me with your strength, courage, determination and sense of humor. So happy to hear your bilirubin is WAY DOWN and that your enzymes are trending down, too. I will pray that the chemo is effective and that your body tolerates it well. How blessed you are with your wonderful fam loving on you in so many ways. We're sending you love and hugs from Chicago! Press on, dear friend! Love you.

Let’s turn this thing around and decide that YOUR mind is going to give you anticipatory “ain’t gonna bother me” and “#notmenausea” vibrations. If anyone can do it, it’s you!!! Many hugs.

Wow, Kristin! You have been through so much in such a short amount of time. It's staggering to me. I can't imagine how you and your family feel. I'm so happy that the latest updates have been so encouraging. Chemo seems scary to me too. It totally makes sense that people would have anticipatory nausea. The mind is such a powerful thing. But if we can talk ourselves into feeling nausea, it totally makes sense that we could talk ourselves out of it. Western medicine seems like it's finally beginning to adopt some of the Eastern medicine practices that have been used successfully for centuries. And I think that's great. I am so inspired by the amazingly positive attitude you've displayed since your diagnosis. Life can sure take us for a loop, to say the least. I'm thinking about you and praying for healing, peace, and strength. You are so very loved. xxoo
