Hello everyone!

Surgery is December 14th 2021!

I wanted to welcome everyone! We also have a Facebook group: Kidney Transplant-Journey to Recovery.

I will be donating my kidney to Kevin Poole♡ I can't wait for the adventures to come with our little family. 

It will be so nice to have the 'freedom' back. We have learned to genuinely appreciate the small things in life. 

We plan to make the most of our next chapter!
