Your last Caring Bridge post is lovely. Simply stated, beautiful. Today I made plans to go to Vieques in February. Marah will be there, too, and we will make a mandala for your family....with memories of a wonderful afternoon some years ago.
Hi Catherine,
Yesterday I accompanied my husband to the Nashville VA, and we saw for the first time the beautiful tribute to Kevin in the ER there. One of the nurses saw us, and he told us that Kevin was his “favorite.”
Kevin was our doctor, but he was also just such a great person that we felt like he was our friend. I will never forget my first appointment after Addie was born! He had a whole litany of “new baby “ stories and pictures - his joy was so evident! And he was so proud of you for finishing your case before going to OB to deliver her!
I know we are just two of so many, but I have to believe God placed Kevin in our lives for His purpose. I am sure we are far from the only patients who remember and miss him. Not only was he was a great and caring doctor, but also because he lived his faith just by being the great person that he was! You and Addie are in our prayers.
Catherine you have been and continue to be an inspiration. Your post is beautiful. Kevin is with you and Addie every day. Thank you for posting one last message for us to know you are well. Continued prayers for you all. God Bless you. <3
Catherine,
Thank you for this entry. I cannot say I have any understanding of all you have experienced, and your life from here forward. It is more than I could possibly imagine in nearly every way. It is a privilege to be a friend of John's, and so by extension the family. I pray often for your heart. Bless you- I will continue to pray. Mike
Catherine, thank you for sharing this journey with us. It helped me feel connected to you and Kevin and even though I cried through all the entries it gave me a new way to view life and how we should live it. You are a truly beautiful person and every time I see your smile I smile too. I was one of those wondering how you were getting along after such a tragic loss and it's good to know you are OK. I look forward to your blog. Love to you and Addie❤️
You have a gift for writing and expressing yourself! Will definitely want to follow your blog. I think of you often! My prayers continue for you and your family.
Your ability to write so beautifully is a gift. You know that you, Addie and the Dabrowski’s are always in our thoughts and prayers. Many great life lessons have been shared with all of us over the past months through our rime with you and via this sight.
Thank you.

This is so inspiring, encouraging and heart warming. Thank you for being so open and sharing what you’ve learned along the way. I can’t wait to read Imagine Heaven. 💖✨
You have become an amazing young woman, Catherine. I read Imagine Heaven awhile back when you posted a quote from Corinthians...I thank you and Kevin for that. What a wonderful book! Faith and Love was, is and always will be everything . God bless you and Addie and continued prayers for peace and strength.
