Journal entry by Karen Osborne —
Hi friends and family,
I wanted to share Kent's journey so far with you all. On April 16th, 2020 he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer that had metastisized to the bone. The diagnosis and treatment was delayed due to the restrictions in place from Covid-19.
On May 11th we received the plan for treatment. He had his first round of chemo and immunotherapy on the 12th. Our next treatment for both is Tuesday June 2nd.
Kent has had several visits to the ER and ICU in between, due to complications from the treatment. The boys and I ask for your prayers during this difficult time. Kent is in good spirits and those that know him....know that he is fighting the good fight.
Thank you to all that have already provided us with so much support. I will continue to update Kent's status here....as this is an extremely stressful and busy time for us all.
Please continue to pray for strength and comfort for Kent. Love to all, Karen
