Wow...I read your amazing comments and scriptures from earlier in the week and was deeply moved; then and now reading them again. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I wanted to have sufficient time to be more prepared with a response to you. I am so deeply moved by your personal caring and love notes about Ken. How what a loving dad he was and how his dad’s life was cut short, but God blessed you guys with so much extra time and love from Ken. Your scripture verses shared were amazing! Great witnessing as much as your testimony of Ken’s love. The fact that Ken loved you guys so much, even though the love from his dad was cut short is a real testament to our Heavenly Father and how he completes the link, where it may have been broken or cut short before. Reminds me of my life without a Dad growing up, pretending most of my life that it didn’t matter, and then God saving me and giving me sons to love. -Teaching me how to be a dad. Because of your words, I will always remember Ken that way, as such a loving Dad, whose time was cut short with his dad, but God made him the best loving dad. And how now Ken is with his heavenly Daddy - getting all the love that we always wanted deep down inside. Praise God for Ken! Praise God for you and your sharing faith, wisdom, transparency and love for our Father! May God grant you all comfort (as He is the God of all comfort)....With Christ’s love...Sol

What a beautiful tribute to your dad! I am so very sorry to hear of Ken’s passing! We had been praying for other results, but sadly it wasn’t meant to be. My mom remembered when his father passed away many years ago and now they are reunited! I am sure that was a joyful reunion!!! We will continue to keep the family in prayer during this trying time.

In the midst of unimaginable pain and sorrow, Christ’s sustaining grace and the faith He gives His saints is on full display and ever so evident. Many are praying for you and your family before the throne where grace is found (Hebrews 4:16). We praise God for the confidence in knowing that He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
