Newest Update

Journal entry by Patrick Griffin

We had our weekly growth ultrasound today and baby is looking great with some good progress since last week. He’s measuring in the 42 percentile which is on track, the velocity in his Ductus Arteriosis went down to normal and he was practice breathing today. The perinatal team said his heart and brain look good. We even got a 3D pic of his little face.😍 They estimate his weight at 2.7 lbs and his survival rate outside the womb greatly improves at 28 weeks, this Friday. The goal is still to keep him growing in utero as long as possible.

He has been moving like crazy which I’m very happy about. His Ductus Venosus was still not visible which is unchanged.

We are extremely grateful for some positive news! The past few weeks are still difficult to believe.

We hope you all had a great Thanksgiving weekend!

Love,

Pat, Kendra and Baby A
