Journal entry by Kelly Brickey

2019 hasn't been a very good year for me. It actually started back in  March with my MRI for my multiple sclerosis which went okay, then in April my annual physical which was okay, same month went in for my annual mammogram had some issues with tenderness in the left breast got  set up for an ultrasound right after the mammogram they found something, so in May I had to go back to have an ultrasound with a  physician. The Physician decided that it was nothing to worry about so was told to come back in 6 months. June 10th I went in for a partial hysterectomy thought everything was fine but was blindsided with the bad news of uterine cancer. 2 months later had to go back in to complete the hysterectomy. So now I have been thrown into surgical menopause  this Hell on a person with MS. And on top of everything else October 18th 2019 at 6:19 p.m. my mother passed away unexpectedly. And with everything going on in my personal life, my work life really isn't that good either. My job didn't acknowledge my mother's passing with a card sympathy. I think that's enough for journaling for one day.
