Thank you for writing this and for keeping all of us in the loop over the past year, we know it wasn’t easy. Thank you for being the strong Christian wife for Keith and an amazing Mom to Stella and Moses. We love you Sarah.
So well said in every way....particularly the end. At the Memorial Service I watched Moses smile at you and lay his head on your shoulder and in the midst of that sadness i knew that you’ll be ok and that God is still holding you in His arms, as He always has been. Thanks for unselfishly sharing your journey and allowing us to grieve & witness God’s hands working in the midst of all of this with you.
I am amazed at the strength it must have taken to write this last post (or hopefully not the last post), but we know where that strength comes from. And I will continue to lift you, Stella and Moses up in prayer as you muddle through life together without Keith. You are a special woman. I have always held a special place in my heart for the Geller girls, as you all were the first to welcome my girls to youth group at FBC. Please keep writing! I had to laugh at the end of your talk about Stella and Moses, I felt as though you were talking about Lauryn’s 2 kids. Ellie crying for candy in the morning and Andrew happy just to be eating as much as he can. Keep looking up! We just love you 💕💕
The end. And where will we find the beginning of your new blog? You leave your readers thirsty for more of your eloquence, the heartful sharing that we selfishly want to continue to read along the way, as you and Stella and Moses step into new days and new adventures and new languages of living and loving. Our hearts break with you, and then they soar with the details of the family life set in motion by you and Keith, that you are continuing so faithfully to build. As you pick yourself up and dust yourself off, we see your bravery, your trust in the process, your tender mothering, your wise determination to stay the course, your acceptance of the eager helpers, the way you keep your eyes fixed on the Prize. To God be ever and always the glory, and may He bless you richly as you take those little hands and walk steadily in the direction of that great remodel into which Keith has already put in a month of work. This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. (Ps.118:24). Much love to you.
