Mollie and family- thinking of you today. I know how hard this day is and I can only hope and pray for you to find some peace knowing your mom is in such a better place -pain free. 🙏🙏❤❤

Mollie and Bruce, I've been away with my grandkids and just returned home and checked this site. I don't want to disturb your family in this time of such loss but wanted you to know that I am grief stricken. It all seems so fast. You always think you have more time. I didn't realize she could have visitors until I saw the picture with her friends. I didn't even know what hospital Kay was in, although I should have asked. I know she was going to Mayo for her treatments. I'm not sure if I can make it there for Sunday. Rene just went out of town and I came back to take care of things here. I'll let you know. Regardless, my heart goes out to all of you. I loved Kay. She WAS always so positive and cheerful. We had great times in Ft Lauderdale and our short visit in Orlando. I send you my love.

Oh, Mollie, I am so sorry that you are having to go through all of this. My family have used Washburn-McGreavy for many decades and they do a very nice job. We have given them our business because a long time ago they helped out with the loss of a bunch of firemen who were killed. My uncle was a fireman (though he didn't die in a fire) and we all appreciated their kindness and care. I am sorry that I won't be there for the service because I need to go for chemo on Monday and it is too far to travel from Mississippi. All my love and sympathy for all of you!
