I loved hearing that there was a patient care coordinator. "Back in the day", the thing that I was most concerned with was patients "falling through the cracks". The biggies are obvious - but with all the specialties, communication and keeping control of loose ends is so important. What a wonderful team you have! Love to all y'all-gsc
