I read every entry in your mom's journal. Thank you for such a interesting and informative account. I am thrilled with your mother's progress and hope that she has maintained or even improved her sight since your visit. My husband was diagnosed with RP last year. Right now he has very little vision loss. He was told there is nothing that can be done and therefore he hasn't even explored any options. I believe his vision has gotten a little worse although he is in denial.
Do you know if catching it early can at least stop the progression? I haven't even shown him the website because I am afraid he will call it a scam. Your story is so inspiring and your mom is so lucky to have a wonderful loving daughter like you! I doubt you even look at this but writing you at least makes me feel like I am doing something.
