Just wanted to say that back in the 70’s your mom and I did a “soft shoe” dance at the Melodrama held here and I will always remember doing that with her❣️ Today I am feeling the sadness of my sister’s passing 3 years ago in May and today September 13th would have been her 75th birthday. She was my only sibling and I miss her very much. We have all the memories that will always keep them with us. Take care Steph and all the family also.

Well done , Steph! I thought you did an amazing job . I know your mom had to have been helping you get through it because it reminded me of her eulogies she has done for others. You have that gift too and I bet she’s proud of you. She fought so hard to get one of Tyler’s scholarships when he graduated. I still have her text that says “I just want that young to get what he deserves.” I will be forever grateful for her kindness and endless efforts.

We moved here in 1994. I first met your mom when I needed an answer about our property. She greeted me with a special smile. Saw her around town and at different functions. When it came time for our house to be sold I chose her as I knew she would be honest and tell what we needed to do for it be ready for sale. She talked with us. We did all that she told us. My husband told her what he wanted for the sale price and she said that no home had sold for that price here. Guess what, it sold to second couple who looked at it. That was in 2006. Like you I could tell many ways she was in my life over the years. So happy she was a part of my life. You had a very special mom. I miss seeing her around town. Blessings to you and your dad.

Thank you, Stephanie. Truly and deeply, thank you.
When my mind sweeps through my memories, Kay is always a bright light - the the sun at its highest point on a summer's day.
She was that light from the first conversation we had about finding a farm in your unique part of the World. Kay remains that shining, clear light.
Thank God.
