Hello all, 5 weeks post surgery has come and gone. In that time Katrin has been recovering at a steady rate. Last week she had a small “surgery” where they flushed out a pocket above her left eye where there was some foreign objects creating an infection. At the same visit they removed the Arch Bar braces from her mouth, which was quite a relief to have gone as they were bothering her a lot. Unfortunately when they took out the braces the four teeth that had been knocked out in the accident came out as well. So she will need implants at some point, but we’re not there yet. We’re now at another check up, and things are looking pretty good. Thanks for all your love and support it is incredible and wonderful all the notes and well wishes we are still receiving.
