We are deeply grateful to Dr Regina Stein and the Northwestern Hospital oncology team. Whenever Trina experienced a challenge or difficulty they were able to resolve the issue. The last month of treatment was surprisingly the worst. She was barely functioning. They had her go to the hospital, treated her and within 2 hours she could walk and regained her energy. It was an amazing turnaround. Within days, she was back to her old self before she fell ill with the kidney stones and cancer. What an unexpected surprise when they told us they would not resume immunotherapy. We had to confirm if that meant treatment was over. And it did. Thank you!
