I don't have a Michigan flag to fly, but I might need to get one to celebrate future Kate birthdays. I happen to be in Grand Haven, MI, with all four of my siblings this weekend, a rendez-vous we call SibFest that we try to do annually. So I will definitely be thinking of Kate as I hang out with my nearest and dearest. I know she would have cherished even another minute with the three of you, so it seems appropriately celebratory. I can't imagine what the past three months have been like, but I love that you are celebrating! You can have another "crappy day without Kate" the day after tomorrow. There'll be plenty of those ahead for sure. But tomorrow is definitely a day for celebrating. Kate would be delighted that she was "exactly" 20 tomorrow. Hugs, Mary
