Kathy’s Story

Kathy was referred to Dr. Joseph Sabik last October for mitral valve issues. After extensive testing, he decided surgery was necessary to prevent future damage to her heart and to restore her energy and health. Kathy will have surgery to repair or replace her mitral valve on January 10th in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Sabik indicated that this type of valve defect is very unusual and is concerned about the structure of the septum. Please pray that God will guide Dr. Sabik to perform a successful surgery to her heart so that it can function properly again, that he will find no additional structural problems with her heart, that he and his staff are well rested and equipped to perform this procedure, and that Kathy is healed so she can continue to live out God's plan for her life.

God delivered my bride home safely one year ago today.  She was a bit bruised and battered from the surgery but well on her way to recovery.  After a year filled with diligent hard work Kathy has made a miraculous recovery.  Praise God for restoring my beautiful wife's heart!  I can't wait to see what plans He has for her.  Thanks for all of the prayer and support that you provided during this difficult time.
