I'm also trying to create a mental image of riverwalk scooter rides with margaritas. Sounds like something that would happen at Mardi Gras or spring break... Can you get a ticket for scooter-ing while under the influence, or do you get a [literal] 'get-out-of-jail-free' card since it's a mobility scooter, not an actual vehicle? Hmmm... Whatever the outcome, that would make a great story (or comedic movie scene). You should write a book/screenplay. You already dabbled in modelling, why not expand your celebrity to publishing or film while you're at it?
Have fun with your mom and seeing your friends at the conference. At least you will have a designated [scooter] driver if margaritas are involved. Make good choices! ;)
