Hello Kate's Krewe!!!

In the last twenty days, Kate has been experiencing serious rounds of nausea due to an infection in her lungs, which is doubled with the sickness caused by the previous rounds of chemotherapy. The compounding medical conditions have caused her to be unable to continue her gene-therapy chemo, and has resulted in an overall decline in her condition and quality of life. Kate has since been moved home and put on full hospice, and is sleeping most of the time-which is a good thing! She needs all the rest that she can get! When she is awake, she is still experiencing serious nausea, but is enjoying being surrounded by close family and friends.

 We thank you all so much for the constant thoughts and prayers. Prayers are the best medicine that she can receive!!!
