Karl, thank you for the update. We have been wondering about your progress. It is amazing that you are walking two miles a day and driving. God is good.

Welcome back, Rip! So happy to hear you're on a healing path. Two miles a day! FANTASTIC!
The distance you two have come together beggars belief. I hope the best is yet to come.

I believe, IMHO, that you are a mystic. and a unique mystic at that. https://www.spiritualityandpractice.com/book-reviews/view/28042/what-the-mystics-know

I’m so grateful for the times I have been able to share with you and learn from you. You are one of God’s miracles. Your faith and your strength have had a lasting influence on all of us. Wherever God takes you next you will continue to bring love and hope and resilience to those around you. May God be with you.

Karl, God answers our prayers in the most weird and warped ways because we don't fully understand what God is doing in the world. I rejoice for you and with you even though we only met at your dad's funeral a few years ago. I feel elated to hear about your recovery, and pray your walk in the dark gets lighter each day, and that Christ shows you what to do with your renewal. Whatever that looks like!

Oh Karl! While I loved reading this, I’m admittedly sad that we won’t see you on Sundays any more. I suppose that this means David will need to make up a rack or two of ribs and we’ll need to drive some over and get some hugs!

I’m thankful that the world still has you. I tell my mom all the time that you need to be doing a podcast. You have so much left to share with the world.

We are so thankful for the gifts you’ve given to us and to so many. You and Jaci are always in our prayers!

Jennifer
