I am incredibly sad to hear of Kanani's passing. I am her older sister (same father). I live in Hawaii. The last time I saw Kanani was when she was 6 years old. I was raised by an aunt on my mother's side of the family so never knew what happened to Kanani. Tonight she was on my mind and I decided to do a google search and found this and her obituary. I feel a tremendous loss and feel like kicking myself for not thinking of google search. Laura, thank you for bringing her happiness. I would love to learn more about her and her life.
