Kai, Thank you for sharing your blocking out method which I am glad has worked for you. It is very interesting for me to know about this
because I have such a strong interest in medicine from my medical family. I remember one person with cancer telling me that she imagined that little animated creatures (like Pak Men) would find cancer cells and gobble then up and this helped her.
