Hello Kaethlyn, I’m so glad to hear you’re doing better! I love reading your updates and sharing with the northern Elliotts so thank you for them. Our current guidelines for St. Luke’s is we take patients out of isolation after 10 days from symptom onset + no fever for 24 hrs if this is a healthy person. For immunocompromised patients, its 20 days from symptom onset + no fever for 24hrs. Hope this helps give you peace of mind for seeing Sara and her family and Keith and Dorothy sooner and safely. Miss you and so happy you’re on the mend 💕

Glad to hear you are on the mend, but not happy to hear you are having continuing issues with your lungs. I guess I kind of expected so lasting effects, but I worry about you. You are very dear to my heart as you always have been. Bless you and take care of yourself. Love you always.

Thanks for updating...glad to hear you are better, but sounds like still some issues and not 100%. Not sure if it is helpful, but from everything I have read, after 10 days you are not considered contagious. Also, if it helps, my brother and his daughter had the virus and of course quarantined for 14 days, and then both were cleared to go back to work, which says to me they are considered not contagious at that point. Guessing you can be around others, but it all is very confusing to say the least. Glad to see a post and take care! This is all so never ending at this point. Will be glad to get the vaccine hopefully before I get the virus LOL!
